Why Should I Use Callback?

One of the important purposes of calling cards is to provide long distance connections at the cheapest possible rate. At the same time it is intended to provide as much facilities as possible to the caller. Normally, a caller who visits a foreign country wants to make a telephone call will have to pay the tariff as applicable in that country. In some of the countries, the telephone charges are higher and in such a situation the caller is put to loss. At the same time in such cases he may not be able to make use of his calling card to the best of its utility. In such a situation the caller make use of the callback utility.
The callback facility provided in the calling card has answered this question. The callback is a utility where the person can call from a third country at the rate as applicable to his calling card. The connectivity procedure is quite simple. He need not buy any additional card or SIM.
To avail this facility, all that the caller has to do to is to pick up the telephone in his room. Then, he has to dial the unique number allotted to him and then hang up the receiver. Now, the computer in the helpline of the calling company will pick up his call and he is immediately connected to the telephone from where he has made the call. Normally, this service is provided through the United States of America where the tariff is quite reasonable. Once connected, the caller can make any number of calls. He continues to stay connected till he hangs up the receiver. This utility does not attract any service charges.
